ABOUT ME
In my readings, I use several methods of divination including tarot, oracle, pendulums, stone work, and Akashic Records. I've recently added Reiki as an offering! I have been certified to perform Reiki for two years, but I've only recently completed enough hours, and allowed myself to sit with the energy of Reiki to feel comfortable offering it as a service. My practice has deepened and sweetened over the years.
But how did I get here?
I did not start a spiritualist. My journey from a religious background to total rejection of the divine to an individual and communal spiritual understanding has been riddled with mishaps, misconceptions, and mistruths. I have invalidated my own beliefs and others', and I wasn't always nice about it. Through intense spiritual growth, exceptionally supportive friends, and a couple of no-bullshit therapists, I've come to be observant and compassionate toward myself and others. I now believe in my own divinity and see it in others.
My idea of the divine has changed over the years as well. I now see spirituality as accessible to all living and non-living beings. It is not contra-indicated by religion, belief, ethics, science, or physical reality. I've come to allow all faiths and truths to co-exist. It was in seeing myself as the ultimate source of wisdom and power that I could move into a place of greater alignment (and so can you!)
For the last 6 years, I've toyed with the idea of going back to school for a mental health counseling degree and realized that higher education wasn't my path. I believe that professional mental and physical health care work exceptionally well in tandem with exploring our feelings with tools like tarot, the akashic records, oracle cards, and other forms of divination. This is why I always have referrals to healthcare professionals if I cannot fulfill your needs. I also have a strong calling for social justice, so much of my work involves empowering you to get involved in your community to co-create the world you want to see tomorrow. Let's explore together.
